Welcome to QuickPaw. By using our software, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use QuickPaw on a specific number of devices as determined by your purchase. This license is for your personal or professional use, but you may not redistribute, decompile, or reverse engineer the software.

2. System Permissions & Functionality

To provide its core features (such as automatic pasting and keyboard shortcuts), the software requires Accessibility and Input Monitoring permissions from macOS.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use QuickPaw for any unlawful activities. Since the app can monitor keyboard input to trigger functions, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the app complies with your local privacy laws and workplace policies.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Taxes

All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the software (including code, design, and branding) remain the exclusive property of QuickPaw.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

QuickPaw is provided "AS IS," without any warranty of any kind. While we strive for perfection, we do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or that it will not occasionally interfere with other third-party applications.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickPaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, system crashes, or productivity loss) arising from the use or inability to use the software.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle (or rather, do not handle) your data.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or our website. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
